Vinge has advised Intea Fastigheter in connection with a directed share issue of approximately SEK 500 million

Vinge has advised the property company Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of shares of series D through which the company raises proceeds of approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs. A part of the share issue is subject to subsequent approval at an extraordinary general meeting.

The company intends to use the proceeds to pursue business opportunities in the current market and at the same time maintain a flexible and balanced capital structure. Intea Fastigheter’s shares of series B and D are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.

Vinge’s team consisted of Linnéa Dolk, Maximilian Bengtsson and Hannah Mark.

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

 Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
