Ingrid Capacity and Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers dedicated to sustainable investment, announce a cross-border partnership of two BESS projects totalling 145 MW/290 MWh in Sweden and Finland. Vinge has advised Ingrid Capacity in connection with the formation of the partnership.
Through the projects in the partnership with Mirova, Ingrid reaches more than 950 MWh of battery storage in operation and under management.
In its first BESS partnership in the Nordics, Mirova, invests €65 million in two of Ingrid’s large-scale storage systems:
• Pedersöre, Finland: a 45 MW/90 MWh battery storage project that is ready-to-build.
• Vaggeryd, Sweden: a 100 MW/200 MWh battery storage project located in SE3 Electricity price area, expected to reach ready-to-build status in 2027.

With the partnership, Ingrid Capacity now adds 145MW/290MWh to its portfolio of assets in construction or operations. With these two assets, Ingrid Capacity will have 950MWh of assets under management.
