Vinge has advised Helix Kapital in the establishment of Helix Kapital’s third fund, Helix Kapital Fund III. The fund closed successfully with commitments of approximately SEK 1.5 billion from an international investor base consisting of a number of leading financial institutions. The investor interest in the fund raising was very strong, and the fund was significantly oversubscribed.

The fund will invest in tech-enabled businesses that specialize in the modernisation of traditional industries, by promoting industrial innovation, sustainable advancements and digital conversion.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Mattias Schömer, Martin Cronsioe, Emelie Svanberg, Semir Omerbasic, Viktoria Wnuk and Emelie Zingmark.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB
