Vinge has advised Flat Capital AB (publ) (“Flat Capital” or the “Company”) in connection with its listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The prospectus was published on 29 September 2021 and the first day of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market was 20 October 2021.

Flat Capital is an investment company founded by Nina and Sebastian Siemiatkowski that focuses on companies with prominent entrepreneurs in leading positions. The company aims to contribute long-term capital to entrepreneur-led companies that may otherwise be dependent on investors with shorter time horizons. The largest investments are Klarna Holding AB, Budbee AB and True Software Scandinavia AB (Truecaller).


Vinge’s team consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Joel Wahlberg, Anna Grigorian and Anna Svensson.
