Vinge has advised Fidelio Capital AB in connection with the company's acquisition of Avy AB, a leading Nordic technology company within digital services for the real estate industry.

Avy is known for its strong product and modern technology with a clear focus on data and AI to improve operations, communication and services in residential properties. The product is used by property owners throughout the Nordic region and in nearly 500,000 households. The acquisition is part of Fidelio's vision to expand its business through, inter alia, corporate acquisitions and digital development in property management.

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
