Vinge has advised FAM AB, owned by the Wallenberg Foundations, in connection with its investment in the Novare group.

Novare is a Swedish group providing specialist competence within Human Capital.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Jonas Johansson, Olivia Belding, Martin Boström, Narin Melazade, Ebba Svenburg, Nicklas Thorgerzon and Ellinore Boström Andersson.
