Vinge has advised FAM in connection with its investment in GreenIron

Vinge has advised FAM AB, owned by the Wallenberg Foundations, in connection with its investment in GreenIron H2 AB.

GreenIron is a Swedish company focused on cost efficient fossil free reduction of metal oxides to pure metals.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Jonas Johansson, Filip Öhrner, Amanda Steen and Sofia Bergenstråhle.
