EQT AB (publ) has issued senior bonds in the aggregate principal amount of USD 500,000,000 with an interest rate of 5.850%, due 2035, at a price equal to 99.783% of the aggregate principal amount thereof.

Vinge represented EQT AB (publ) together with Latham & Watkins.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Helena Göransson, Lionardo Ojeda, Nour Makie, August Ahlin, Sofie Bjärtun, Joel Magnusson, Lorin Arabi, Victor Ericsson and Henrik Schön.
