Vinge has advised Eleda on the acquisition of Mark & Bygg Resursen AB (”MBR”)

MBR is based in Stockholm and carries out all types of ground installations, specialising in reparation and establishment of district heating pipes. The company has 15 employees and a yearly turnover of approximately SEK 60 million.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Christina Kokko, Johanna Wiberg, Ellen Flygt and Philip Moré (M&A).

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
