Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of Gjermundshaug Anlegg AS and Anlegg Øst Entreprenør AS (“Gjermundshaug Gruppen”)

Gjermundshaug Gruppen carries out projects within road, railway, and other infrastructure. As of 2021, the group had a total turnover of approximately NOK 1.3 billion and an operating profit of NOK 140 million. Through the acquisition Eleda enters Norway and commences their international expansion.

The acquisition is subject to approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Christina Kokko, Per Kling and Ellen Flygt (M&A) and David Olander (ECR), as well as the law firm Thommessen in relation to Norwegian law.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
