G Construct is a ground- and construction company based in Enköping which specialises in construction of industry foundations, for customers in the private sector. The company has 25 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 250 million on an annual basis.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of partner Christina Kokko and associates Manne Bergström, Hannah Kajlinger and Ellen Åkerdahl Flygt (M&A), Isak Willborg (Construction), Daniel Melander Björner (Employment), Jolinn Uhlin and Calle Tengwall Pagels (Banking & Finance) as well as Klara Lundquist and Jessica Henning (VDR-assistants).
