Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of Dalarnas Infraentreprenad AB

Dalarnas Infraentreprenad AB is a company focused on performing contracts for railways and roads in Sweden.

The company is especially focused on building fences and noise barriers for railways in Sweden with the Swedish Transport Administration (Sw. Trafikverket) as the largest customer. The company’s management team will continue in their respective operational management roles and become shareholders of the Eleda group.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of partner Christina Kokko and associates Michaela Cronemyr and Hanna Risberg (M&A), Ebba Svenburg (Employment) and Frida Ställborn (Real Property & Environment).
