Vinge has advised Eleda and Craftor in connection with the acquisition of LinjePartner

LinjePartner is a Norwegian contracting company with assignments within telecommunications, low-voltage and high-voltage installations.

LinjePartner is based in Levanger, Norway and will be integrated with Eleda’s platform company Craftor.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Christina Kokko, Per Kling and Viktor Ejlertsson (M&A).
