Vinge has advised Borgo AB in its a credit institution license application

Vinge has successfully advised Borgo AB in its license applications as a credit institution. The authorisation was granted by the Swedish FSA on 11 March 2021.

Borgo is an independent mortgage lending company aiming to offer market leading mortgages to Swedish consumers. Borgo’s mortgage products will be offered by ICA Banken, Ikano Bank, Söderberg & Partners and Ålandsbanken, under their brands but with Borgo as lender.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others Johan Larsson (Corporate), Emma Stuart-Beck, Caroline Krassén and Mikaela Lang (Financial Services), Martin Boström (Commercial Agreements), Paulina Malmberg (Corporate Insurance) and Jolinn Uhlin (Banking & Finance).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB
