Vinge has advised Bona AB in connection with the acquisition of its distributor Ezi Floor Products (VIC) Pty Ltd in Australia.
Bona is a family-owned company which has been delivering products and systems in order to install, renovate and maintain floors since 1919. Bona has more than 600 employees and five factory sites around the world. Bona is represented in more than 90 countries through 17 subsidiaries and distributors. Bona’s head office is situated in Malmö and its turnover in 2022 amounted to SEK 3.6 billion.
