Vinge has advised Allianz Real Estate in connection with a joint venture with Heimstaden Bostad

Vinge has assisted Allianz Real Estate in connection with an investment of SEK 7.9 billion in Heimstaden Bostad’s Swedish portfolio, which was recently acquired from Akelius, through the formation of a joint venture. The portfolio consists of centrally located properties in Malmö and Stockholm with a value of SEK 30.4 billion.

Vinge’s team consisted of Assur Badur, Karolina Cohrs and Frida Ställborn (Real Estate), Joacim Rydergård and Clara Sohlberg (Private M&A), and Mikael Ståhl and Arvid Weimers (financing).

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
