Briab is one of the leading fire safety engineering companies in Sweden.

Since Briab was founded in 2002, it has grown and broadened its offering to related products and services, such as crowd management, HVAC-design and development of software solutions within the field of fire safety. Alder II is a Sweden based investment fund that invests in sustainable Nordic tech and service businesses. Alder II focuses on established companies within the Nordic region.

Vinges team consisted of, among others, Johan Larsson, Stina Bengtsson, Jonathan Riddersholm, Mika Jordan, Lisa Hörnqvist, Veronika Garemark, Sofia Bergenstråhle, Felix Möller, Karolina Cohrs and Carl Bruneheim.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB
