Vinge has advised Active Trend Sweden in connection with equity crowdfunding

Vinge has advised Active Trend Sweden AB in connection with a directed share of class B shares.

The share issue is directed to participants in the company’s recent crowdfunding campaign. The purpose of the share issue is inter alia to enable further product development and an expansion to new markets.

Active Trend Sweden develops and sells accessories for an active lifestyle, with primary focus on a product line of backpacks for runners under the trade mark IAMRUNBOX.

Vinge’s team consisted of Kristoffer Franzkeit and Lena Lundahl.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
