Vinge assists Stendörren in connection with EQT Real Estate II’s cash offer to the shareholders in Stendörren

Vinge has assisted Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Stendörren”) in connection with EQT Real Estate II’s, through Chicago Holding AB (“Chicago Holding”), cash offer to the shareholders in Stendörren.

Chicago Holding offers SEK 100.25 in cash for every A- and B-share in Stendörren. The offer value amounts to approximately SEK 2 823 million based on a total of 28,155,641 outstanding shares in Stendörren. 
 
Vinge’s team has primarily consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, David Andersson, Joel Wahlberg, Boris Kotur, Milad Kamali and Viktoria Owetz.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
