Hanover Active Equity Fund II has announced a public offer to the shareholders of ZetaDisplay AB (publ). The total value of the offer is SEK 710 million.

Vinge advises ZetaDisplay. The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Anna Edström and Johanne Örnfeldt Svensson.
