Vinge has advised UBS Deutschland AG in connection with the preparation of a three part base prospectus for structured products which will consist of various types of certificates and warrants. The structured products will primarily be traded on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and possibly other Nordic exchanges. The base prospectus was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 16 August 2013.
