Vinge advises Trianon in connection with directed share issue and tender offer for subordinated sustainable capital securities

Vinge advises Fastighets Aktiebolaget Trianon (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of SEK 184 million and a tender offer for outstanding subordinated perpetual floating rate callable sustainable capital securities.

In total, sustainable capital securities with an aggregate nominal amount of SEK 76 million were repurchased. Payment for repurchased sustainable capital securities was made by way of set-off against new newly issued series B shares of the company. The subscription price in the new issues was determined through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure.
