Vinge advises Topgolf Entertainment in connection with acquisition of Protracer

Vinge has acted as local counsel to Topgolf Entertainment Group (TEG), a leading sports entertainment group, in connection with its acquisition of Protracer, the Swedish company which pioneered technology for showing and analyzing the trajectory of golf balls.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partner Jonas Johansson together with, among others, associates Linda Sengul (project manager), Fredrik Gustafsson, Adam Weissbach, Mathilda Persson, Andréa Nicolin, Lova Unge, Manne Bergström and Linn Adelwald.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
