Vinge has advised the shareholders of Företagslitteratur Sverige AB in connection with the sale of all the company’s shares to Adlibris AB, which is part of the Bonnier group. Företagslitteratur Sverige AB conducts business operations relating to the delivery of books and magazines under the marks, Pocketgram, Filmogram, Tidskriftogram, Ljudbokogram, Kombogram, Pocket Direkt and Pocketklubben.

Företagslitteratur Sverige AB was advised by partner Johan Winnerblad.

The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
