Vinge advises the sellers of Refensa in connection with the sale to Viking Ventures’ portfolio company Grade

Refensa is a cloud-based solution for digital reference checking when recruiting. The acquisition of Refensa further strengthens Grade’s offering of best-of-breed solutions within HR and is a natural step in the Grade’s growth strategy.

Following the transaction, the expanding Grade group consists of the companies Varbi, Grade, Workbuster and Refensa. In connection with the acquisition of Refensa, the group is collectively called Grade.

Vinge has advised the founders of Refensa in connection with the transaction.

Vinge’s team consisted of Karl Klackenberg, Ulrich Ziche and Egil Svensson.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
