Vinge advises the sellers in connection with the divestment of von Euler & Partners AB to Säkra AB. 

von Euler & Partners AB was founded in 2002 and has extensive experience within the fields of family office, wealth management and investment advisory services and will strengthen Säkra's offer for financial advisory services. 

Vinge's team consisted of Jonas Bergström, Joacim Rydergård, Gustav Wahlberg och Josef Groow (M&A) and Ellinore Boström as well as Ottilia Pettersson (Project assistants)
