Vinge advises the seller on the sale of Fjäråskupan

Vinge has advised the seller in connection with the sale of Fjäråskupan AB to Beijer Invest AB. FJäråskupan is one of the Nordic region’s leading manufacturers of custom-made extractor fans and units through a combination of advanced technology and traditional craftsmanship. In 2012, the company’s turnover was approximately MSEK 62 with a profit of SEK 11. The seller has performed a reinvestment in connection with the sale.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Anders Strid, partner Lennart O Larsson (tax) and associates Patrick Gargolinski and Gabriel Westin (employment). Censor AB acted as M&A adviser and project manager.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
