Vinge advises the founders of the leading online education search provider company Educations Media Group in connection with a transaction.

Vinge has advised three of the co-founders of Educations Media Group (“EMG”), a Nordic market leading online education search provider, in connection with a transaction through which the three founders become the majority shareholders in EMG and the Norway-based private equity firm Verdane becomes a new owner in EMG, through the acquisition of shares from, among others, the investment company Novax.

EMG runs the world’s largest group of marketplaces for academic education and professional training. The most known marketplaces are ”Studentum.se”, ”Utbildning.se” and the international site ”Educations.com”. 

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Bergström, Jonas Johansson and Samra Baytar.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
