Vinge advises Tengbom in connection with the acquisition of Suunnittelemo

Tengbom Finland is expanding and has established operations in Finland through the acquisition of Suunnittelemo Oy in Tammerfors.

At the same time, Suunnittelemo’s founder, Milla Lindroos, has assumed the role of the new CEO for Tengbom Finland.

Vinge, through Johan Winnerblad, advised Tengbom in connection with the acquisition.

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books. Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally. The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
