Vinge advises TeleComputing in conjunction with the sale of Kentor

Vinge, together with the Norwegian law firm Wiersholm, has advised TeleComputing, a portfolio company to IK VII fund, in conjunction with the sale of the Kentor Group to Norwegian Sopra Steria.

Kentor is a fast growing IT consultancy company with approximately 330 employees which has grown since its formation in 1983 to become a successful IT company with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and St. Petersburg. Kentor provides services within, among other things, transformation, system integration and systems development.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Jonas Bergström, Joacim Rydergård, Karl Klackenberg and Anna Hellohf.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
