Vinge advises Tele2 in connection with its sustainability linked credit facility

Vinge advises Tele2 AB (publ) in connection with the signing of its first sustainability linked revolving credit facility in an amount of EUR 700 million, which will be used towards general corporate purposes and working capital requirements.

Margin adjustments under the credit facility are conditional upon the achievement of targets within climate and gender equality, and the credit facility has a tenor of five years with built-in extension options.
