Vinge advises Symrise on its public offer for Probi

Symrise AG has announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Probi AB (publ) (“Probi”). The offer values Probi at approximately SEK 3,988 million. The shares in Probi are traded on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.

Probi is a global biotics solutions company, focused on researching, manufacturing, and delivering biotics for supplements and functional food.

Vinge’s team mainly consists of Jesper Schönbeck, Erik Sjöman, Linnéa Sellström, Benjamin Vafaeian and Hannah Mark (Capital Markets and Public M&A) and Daniel Wendelsson and Noelia Martinez (FDI).

 Vinge has advised the legal tech company Arkivia in connection with a fully subscribed share issue of SEK 40 million with new and existing shareholders. The round was led by node.vc. In connection with the share issue, Arkivia also entered into the Swedish Bar Association’s first framework agreement for a case management system.
