Vinge has advised Swire Renewable Energy in connection with its acquisition of WPS Sweden AB ("WPS").
WPS is a wind turbine inspection, repair and maintenance company operating throughout Sweden, Norway and Finland. With the acquisition, Swire Renewable Energy will accelerate its delivery of professional wind turbine inspection, repair and maintenance services to customers and stakeholders, and expand its geographical coverage in Northern Europe, particularly the Nordic region.
Vinge’s team consisted of among others Jonas Bergström, Johanna Wiberg and Egil Svensson (M&A).
