Vinge advises Sveafastigheter on EUR 350 million bond issuance

Vinge has advised Sveafastigheter AB (publ) on the issuance of EUR 350 million in senior unsecured bonds under its existing EUR 2 billion EMTN programme.

The 5.5-year fixed rate bonds will mature on 2 March 2032 and carry a coupon of 4.50 per cent. The proceeds are intended to be used for general corporate purposes, including financing in connection with the merger with KlaraBo.

Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG acted as Global Coordinator, with Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE acting as Joint Bookrunners.

Vinge's team consisted of Mikael Ståhl, Lionardo Ojeda, Ida Redander and Anna Wisborg.
