Vinge advises Sustainable Technologies Fund in connection with investment in Hexaformer

Vinge has advised funds managed by Sustainable Technology Partners Nordic AB in connection with an investment in Hexaformer AB.

Hexaformer AB is an innovation company which modernises transformer technology by lowering costs and reducing environmental impact. Together with capital from the existing shareholder, InnovationsKapital has provided the company with capital amounting to SEK 35 million.

The investor was advised by partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Mi Gustafsson and Peter Larsson.

Priveq Fund VII has entered into a credit facility agreement with Swedbank AB (publ) which will primarily be used to finance the fund’s investment activities. The credit facility is linked to certain of Priveq’s sustainability targets, which means that the interest rate on the credit facility will be adjusted up or down based on the performance of Priveq Fund VII's portfolio companies.
