Vinge advises Studentbostäder i Norden AB (publ) in connection with its issuance of bonds in an amount of SEK 500 million and its early redemption of outstanding bonds

Vinge has advised Studentbostäder i Norden AB (publ) in connection with its issuance of senior unsecured bonds in an amount of SEK 500 million (within a framework of SEK 750 million) and in parallel with the company's voluntary early redemption of previously issued bonds.

The bonds are intended to be listed on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bonds have a tenor of 3.25 years and were issued with a coupon of STIBOR 3m + 500 basis points. Arctic Securities AS, filial Sverige and SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige acted as joint bookrunners in the transaction.

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
