Vinge advises Stride.VC in connection with its investment in Anotherblock

In 2022, Anotherblock launched a blockchain-based marketplace for music rights. The company has through its platform granted fans access to streaming rights from several known artists. The investment round is led by Stride.VC.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Filip Öhrner, Ellinor Wargenbrant, Sofia Bergenstråhle and Narin Melazade.

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
