Storebrand and SPP as well as the Finnish life insurance companies Mandatum Life (Sampo) and Varma have entered into a joint venture agreement through the establishment of BenCo Insurance Holding B.V. which will offer Pan-European service pension and life insurance solutions for companies in the Nordic region and their employees through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Euroben (Ireland) and Nordben (Guernsey).
