Vinge advises Stena Sessan in conjunction with investment in Budbee

Vinge has advised Stena Sessan in conjunction with an investment in the Swedish logistics platform Budbee. In connection with the investment, Stena Sessan will become one of the company’s largest shareholders.

The investment is made in connection with Budbee’s most recent financing round led by Kinnevik, which is also the company’s largest shareholder.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Hannah Kajlinger and Christoffer Nordin.
