Vinge has advised Stena Sessan in conjunction with an investment in the Swedish software company, Matilda FoodTech. In connection with the investment, Stena Sessan has become a minority shareholder together with the majority shareholder, Monterro.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Desirée Hagenfeldt.
