VINGE ADVISES STENA FASTIGHETER IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF OFFICE PREMISES IN MÖLNDAL

Vinge has advised Stena Fastigheter in connection with the acquisition of an office premises project in Möndal from NCC. The property is leased to SCA. The transaction was structured as a company sale with an underlying property value of SEK 868 million. The total lettable area, which includes office space and an innovation centre, amounts to 25 000 square metres. SCA and Stena Fastigheter will occupy the property in 2016.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Olof Jisland together with associate Mercedes Anderås and counsel Robert Deli.

Vinge has assisted Boliden in the acquisition of the Neves-Corvo and Zinkgruvan mines from Lundin Mining

Boliden has entered into a definitive agreement with Lundin Mining to acquire the Neves-Corvo mine in Portugal and the Zinkgruvan mine in Sweden. The upfront cash consideration for the entities is USD 1,300 m plus contingent payments that can reach up to USD 150 m, on a cash and debt-free basis. The transaction, that considerably strengthens Boliden's mine production as well as internal zinc and copper concentrate supply, is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
