Vinge advises Spring Media in conjunction with merger with Hogmore

Vinge has advised Spring Media in conjunction with its merger with Hogmore.

Spring Media and Hogmore conduct operations in, among other areas, the sports rights areas of production, packaging, digital strategy and rights negotiation. Hogmore operates in Liechtenstein and Austria and the company’s founder will become part of Spring Media’s group management team.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Clara Sohlberg and Philip Moré (M&A) and Linn Adelwald and Karl-Gustaw Tobola (Banking and Finance).
