Vinge advises Spring Media in conjunction with its acquisition of Athletic Sports Group

Vinge has advised Spring Media in conjunction with its acquisition of the Dutch based sports media agency Athletic Sports Group together with its subsidiary Fight Globe.

The acquisition provides Spring Media with a market leading position regarding media rights to martial arts.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of  Johan Winnerblad, Clara Sohlberg, Robin Sultani and Kamyar Najmi.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
