Vinge advises Sörman Information’s shareholders

Vinge is advising the shareholders of Sörman Information in conjunction with the sale of Sörman Information to Combitech, a subsidiary within the Saab defence systems group. Sörman Information, the majority owner of which is a company within the Investor AB group, is a consultancy company which provides expert technology information management services and solutions. Closing will take place on 31 January 2012.

Vinge’s team consists of partner Johan Winnerblad and associates Kristina Ekberg, Peter Sundgren and Oskar Belani.
