Vinge is advising the shareholders of Sörman Information in conjunction with the sale of Sörman Information to Combitech, a subsidiary within the Saab defence systems group. Sörman Information, the majority owner of which is a company within the Investor AB group, is a consultancy company which provides expert technology information management services and solutions. Closing will take place on 31 January 2012.
