Vinge advises Sobro in conjunction with its investment in Prefabsystem Syd

Prefabsystem Syd has chosen to broaden its ownership with Sobro as a new owner partner.

Founder Hans Lindfors remains in his operational role and as a significant owner, while more employees join as new partners. Prefabsystem Syd specialises in complex, prefabricated building systems.

Vinge's team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Per Kling, Philip Moré, Hanna Marberg, Agnes Pigg, David Olander, Hampus Peterson and Clara Klingspor.

Vinge advises Atria Sverige in conjunction with an investment in Cookin Food

 Atria Sverige has acquired a 25 per cent stake in the Swedish convenience food company Cookin Food Sweden AB. The transaction has been performed through the acquisition of shares in Bite Delight AB, which owns Cookin Food Sweden AB. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
