Vinge advises Sensebit in conjunction with the acquisition of Visy

Vinge has advised Sensebit in conjunction with the acquisition of the Finnish company Visy, a market leading distributor of systems dealing with image recognition and automation of the infrastructure market in transportation.

Visy’s management will be reinvesting in the group, the majority shareholder of which is Helix Kapital, along with NEA Partners as a new minority shareholder.

Vinge’s team mainly consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad, together with Christa Anttila, Olivia Belding, Hedvig Ekdahl and Felizia Wiker.
