Vinge advises SEB in connection with its SEK 15 billion rights issue

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) has resolved to carry out a new share issue with preferential rights for the shareholders. Through the rights issue, which is fully committed and underwritten, the bank will raise approximately SEK 15 billion excluding transaction costs. The rights issue is subject to approval by the bank’s annual general meeting on 6 March 2009.

Vinge’s team is led by Hans Wibom and Mattias Friberg. The team also include, among others, Emil Hedberg, Petter Kjöllerström and Peter Larsson.

Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
