Vinge advises Sacpro in conjunction with the acquisition of UVRelining

Sacpro, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital and a leading producer and supplier of materials and equipment for relining in properties, has acquired UVRelining, a leading actor in UV curing technology. UVRelining's management will continue to run the business and will join the Sacpro group as partners.

Vinge, primarily through Johan Winnerblad and Alex Forsberg, has advised Sacpro.

 Vinge has advised the property company Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of shares of series D through which the company raises proceeds of approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs. A part of the share issue is subject to subsequent approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
