Vinge has advised Road Rental Scandianvia AB in conjunction with the acquisition of all shares in TB Group AB, which conducts Trafikbutiken and manages traffic facilities with several depots in Mälardalen as well as in Karlskoga and Jönköping.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Nicklas Thorgerzon and Gunilla Nyman.
